Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and clear images of the item to request a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all designer tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Ship the Item

  Send the package back to our international distribution center using a trackable courier service and provide the tracking number to our team.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned piece, we will process your refund or store credit within 7 to 10 business days.
